Locspiration Academy was developed by Locspiration Salon CEO, Lauren Francis-Jackson, to educate consumers and locticians on the art of locs. With over 11 years of experience in the natural hair industry, Lauren has gained loc knowledge through formal education and behind the chair. Through a combination of online courses and in-person courses, Locspiration Academy offers informational and how-to based learning for consumers on loc’d hair care and product knowledge. For independent stylists and salon suite owners, we offer in-person and virtual trainings on business building skills, consultations, loc’d fundamentals, loc’d hair theory, loc coloring, and loc’d hair care.
